Once the relay server is installed, the entire remote support system is web based. A simple browser plug-in is all that is required to get started.

Instead of using a third party server as a relay to connect the agent and the client, TSplus Remote Support includes its own relay (broker). Once it is installed on your local network or hosted, the agent can connect to it and access the integrated Support Web Portal. From there, they can trigger several screen-sharing with remote clients.
